BASIC INTENSIVE (BI): $1099.00 per person double occupancy +taxes Four Days  Mon. To Thurs.(9 To 4) On The Water With 3 Evenings  Of Theory Mon.- Wed. (7-9) . (38 hour total)

Offered every week starting May 31st  and last class September  27th. Best for wannabe sailors with little or no experience.

BASIC LIVE-ABOARD (BLA): $1099.00 per person double occupancy + taxes Five days 9:00AM Mon. to 4:00 PM Fri. daytime sailing and overnight anchoring covering practical and theory of keelboat sailing. (40 hours total)

  Completion of the course to satisfactory standard enables one to be a competent  as both SKIPPER and CREW on a vessel up to 20 meters to cruise safely offshore in all  wind, weather and sea conditions by day and night for at least 500 nautical miles and using Celestial navigation.  
Prerequisite -
Advanced Cruising Standard, Celestial Navigation Standard, VHF Radio Certificate, Nationally Recognized First Aid  CPR Level "B" or higher Certificate, Advanced Navigation Recommended. Best for seasoned coastal or inland sailors contemplating their own offshore passage or long range cruising.


OFFSHORE CRUISE (OC10):
$2499.00 per person hot bunking Ten days and nights live aboard cruise at least 500 nautical miles (e.g. New York to Bermuda) in the open ocean

OFFSHORE CRUISE (OC14): $3999.00 per person hot bunking Fourteen days and nights live aboard cruise at least 500 nautical miles (e.g. Bermuda to Virgin Islands) in the open ocean

OC10 & OC14  BOAT: 1999 JEANNEAU 45.2

OC10 & OC14 FEE INCLUDES:Text, Advanced Exam, Take Home Open Book Offshore Exam, 1 or2 Instructors, Examination of Practical Application of Celestial Navigation, Basic Provisions.

  Completion of the course to satisfactory standard enables one to be competent to demonstrate the navigational theory required to safely navigate a yacht in coastal or inland waters. the practical application is introduced in the Intermediate standards and demonstrated in Advanced Cruising.
